The Hook House

Hook House up date ... Bud's Cave Transformed
Bud's Cave? You might ask. Yes, we affectionately call it that because when Rufus "Bud" M. Hook, Jr. was a teenager, for a short time he slept in this little garden shed style building. Later, when he was older, he used it as what we would refer to as a "man cave" to have some quiet time without others; women perhaps? Our renovation team, headed byu John Motte, has enlarged and transformed it into a stylish, modern studio apartment. It was always just a place to getaway, but now it is very livable with a small kitchen, bathroom, and living space.
Best of all, it is now occpied and the rent is helping to cover costs for the renovations and later will help us with utilities and other expenses.
Nice job, John & crew!
